How can AI be used to search our own libraries in more detail?
AI's strength is in the generic/holistic view that can be obtained only by looking at many resources. Its overview may point me to resources to use as the jump off point for rabbit trails to explore with more precise searches or may alert me to alternative views I was unaware I needed to explore. But when I want details, AI is not my best friend.
I've found AI to be a quick and efficient way of extracting specific information from a vast sea of information. If I need to know if any church fathers mentioned a particular verse or commented on a specific subject, it can do this reasonably well. I can even ask for sources for any information, and it works well. But this is Google AI. I have not used ChaptGPT, and doing this with the Logos AI has been underwhelming. I've also found it somewhat helpful to reformat or reorganize a large article into an outline, etc. Where I find AI VERY beneficial in Logos is the smart Bible search. It is a simple idea, but it saves me a ton of time when I need to look up verses and quickly see all the verses in the Bible that deal with a particular topic, subject, theological idea, etc. It is great to ask Logos questions and have it return all relevant scriptures for that question. With that said, Logos' AI search is less effective when searching through my library.

Can you read your Logos books on your Kindle and vice versa? If so, how?
New to MacOS here. How do you navigate through pages? There are no pgup and pgdn keys. Also no Home and End keys. So I did get the two finger thing, but what can you do with keys? Phil
Hi All Does anyone know of a specific commentary set that has differing theological perspectives/positions/views offered from various scholars on each verse of the Bible. Instead of the single scholar commenting on the verses, in Old or New Testaments, it rather has maybe two, three or more offering a theological…
I have a custom workflow that I created for sermon study. A few weeks ago, I edited it on my home computer, but the edits haven't shown up on my church computer. Both computers have internet, and it seems everything else is working fine. Can someone help?
I am doing a study for both self and also for a small group and I am trying to find a verse or verses in scripture that relate to the Completeness of God in Himself and does not require us because He needs us to fulfil something in Himself.
