Crashes after entering search from home screen

I enter passage to search in home screen and L4 takes me to Passage Guide and all of the menus show the swirling wheel as they are loading.  Part way through this process Logos 4 just shuts down on it's own.  Currently on 4.0a SR-3 (4.10.4.6316.  I literally can not use the program.  Tried uninstall and reinstall and that didn't help
