Should all topics that can be studied in the Topic Guide also appear in Factbook?

This is with Logos 64.0 beta 3 on Windows 11

If I enter apostles creed in the Topic Guide I get a match as expected

But if I use the same string in the Factbook, I don't get a match

(And if I use apostles' creed or use the search option to find all possible matches, I still don't find anything)

Is this expected or is there an issue here?

I think I have evidence Factbook is messed up …

It seems that Factbook is not able to auto-convert the straight apostrophe on our keyboards to the curved apostrophes that some people find nicer. Possibly the bug (or they might call it "just a feature missing for five years or so" - or is it even a regression?) extends to quotes as well, if such are part of any Factbook title.
