Missing books

I had x number of books in my library until September when my computer crashed. I reinstalled windows 11 followed by Logos. Now I am showing 172 books short of what I had. I have called support. I have emailed support and they keep asking me for the missing titles. But I do not know what titles I am missing. My last call was basically accept the loss. Well, I am retired and on a fixed income and losing one book is too many. Has anyone else had to deal with missing books?

Were any of these Personal Books do you think? If so, they might need to be reloaded.

And I suggest using the command update resources (type it into the command bar and select that option from the dropdown) which should download any Logos resources that you have licenses for but are missing from your computer.

I have tried using the command update resources and it say no updates available. So I am not a computer expert but the attachments show I had more files in the resouremanager back in March compared to what I have now in October. This file was saved under windows.old when my computer crashed. I just want the books back that are missing in which I purchased. And to me a hundred seventy-two books is a lot.

You could put the old resource manager folder onto a thumbdrive (USB stick) and use the scan command in Logos - e.g. Scan e:\ when the USB drive is mounted as drive E: this will give you all the books you have a license for, including your PBs, from the old computer. On the other hand, the 172 might be resources you no longer own, such as resources from a trial or a from a lapsed subscription, or if you sold a part of your library. Those were present on your hard drive but you couldn't access anymore in Logos even prior to your system upgrade.
