Intermittent shutdowns

While using Logos or typing my sermon in Apple Pages word processor, my entire Mac laptop intermittently shuts down and restarts. I happens in various intervals (30, 45, 60 or so minutes). Once my laptop restarts, an Apple Report automatically appears identifying a problem with Logos.

Please help.

By the way, this issue has been occurring for over a year. I have had an Apple shop diagnose and repair any possible issue with my Mac. The problem persists.

Hi @George Eagle - this sounds very frustrating.

It would be helpful to see logs from Logos after a crash. To generate logs, please see the article here. And please upload logs in a reply to this thread after a crash.

It is strange that the crash appears either when typing in Logos or Pages - on the face of it that would suggest it's not app-specific. And it would be rare for either app to have the privilege levels to shut down the laptop.

Thank you, Graham! I will do this. Actually, it doesn't only happen when typing in one app or the other; it happens it i'm just reading whatever in on the screen — Pages or Logos. ??
