Exporting to Power Point

Lately I have been unable to export to Power Point. It used to work. I saw other posts that say something like "use publish instead." I want the slides to export so I can edit them. And, maybe I am blind, but I see no such publish button. It appears the ability to export and edit have disappeared? Why?

I still see an Export button (next to the Preach button)

And this gives the option to Export to PowerPoint

Do you not see this?

@Graham Criddle : regarding your last sentence, your screenshot does show the Sermon Builder within Logos, doesn't it? Or does Proclaim looks so much the same as Logos (I'm not a user of that)
