Is there any way...

to revert back to the layout style of my Logos? I did the trial of the new subscription and it updated my layout and I hate it, I no longer have the subscription and want my old layout back. Does anyone know if this is an option? I have looked all through the settings and anywhere else that choice might be hidden and can not find. Am really praying that I can revert back.

I assume you are referring to the layout of menus etc at the top of books.

If so, it is not possible to revert back to the old layout - outside of finding and installing and maintaining a version of Logos prior to version v45 when the new toolbar was released to all users.
