Hi everyone,
I’ve encountered a strange issue and hope someone can help me understand what’s going on.
I have two different Logos accounts. Both are used on the same computer, with the same Logos version, and neither account has any paid subscription or base package upgrade beyond the free Logos Basic setup.
However, here’s the difference:
- When I log in with Account A, I can right-click a Hebrew word (in a text like BHS or a reverse interlinear Bible) and see the “Root” option. I can also run the Bible Word Study on that root.
- When I log in with Account B, that “Root” option is missing entirely — I only see “Lemma” and other items, but not “Root.”
So, on the same installation and the same resources, one account shows Hebrew root functionality and the other doesn’t.
I’ve already checked that:
- Both accounts use the same resources (downloaded and indexed).
- Both have completed synchronization.
- Both use the same program version.
Is it possible that one of the accounts was automatically granted a dataset or feature (for example, a legacy license or a free promotional tier) that the other doesn’t have?
Or could there be some difference in the Hebrew morphology or reverse interlinear datasets between the two accounts?
Any guidance on how to verify this (or how to align both accounts so they behave the same) would be really appreciated!
