How to import Logos 3 resources

I have just upgraded to Logos 4 for Mac, having used Logos 3 for a while in Parallels Desktop with Windows 7. Is there a simple command I can use to import those resources? I have tried inserting the DVD and typing Scan Optical Media and Scan DVD, but nothing is happening. Any thoughts? Or, can this even be done?
