Odd behavior in mobile app

When I was in church on Sunday, I found my mobile app responding oddly. As the screenshots show, the bible reference was not in the correct place with both columns (one NLT, the other SBLGNT). I could reproduce this after closing and reopening the app.

At one point, in the NLT, the text moved to chapter 6 (second screen shot) while the SBLGNT stayed in place.

In addition to the odd positioning of the NLT, from time to time, with no input from me, the app would jump to a new location in one column or the other.

@Doc B I am sorry to hear you had this difficulty.

So far, we have been unable to duplicate this behavior on our side.

If this problem has been recurring since your initial report, please send us your logs:

Open the app.
Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
Tap About.
Press “Report a Problem”
A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Mention this thread in the subject or body of this email. Press “Send” to send your report.

@Joe McCune (Faithlife) could this problem be caused by a lack of bandwidth? This happens during worship at church regularly, during the sermon, and I'm thinking my church might not have a robust enough wi-fi system (we call it 'woe-fi', lol) as there are occasionally lags when everyone is online.

I've not seen this happen in any other location, so I'm wondering if that's the root cause. However, even if so, it's odd the app would park on the wrong verse even after it had time to 'catch up.'

Next time it happens, I'll try to capture and send the logs.
