I have seen you have addes some links to tools for creating a PB. I know more which could be added.

I saw on https://community.logos.com/kb/articles/2856-curated-personal-book-list-mjes that a list of personal book tools is now being compiled.

Page Number Macro

The good thing about it is that it starts from the back and adds the numbers. This means that there is no page number shift because more are added. I tried it about two years ago and it worked perfectly.
