In a sermon document with headings.
TURN OFF the Handout and Question flagging on headings.
Include a few questions and other items marked either as handout or questions.
Switch to Either HANDOUT or QUESTIONS view and attempt to print (CTRL+p).
When you try to print: all of the sermon's headings show up on the print, even when none of them are marked to do so.
Expected behavior: I don't have headings marked, so I don't want them printing.
