Visual Markups and Notes for multiple computers?

Is there a way to "sync" your visual markups and/or your note files on multiple computers?  For example, I have Libronix (Logos 3) on both my desktop and my laptop. I use it about equally on both. Is there a way to have the same data (either markups or notes) in both places?  Appreciate the help.
