I'm looking at the NRSVue with Lexham Greek-English Interlinear NT as a parallel resource in Multiple Book Display. There are lots of phrases, of course, in Greek that are boiled down to one word in English. But I would still expect information about an untranslated Greek word to show up in the Information Tool.
For example, in Matthew 2:10, the phrase ἐχάρησαν χαρὰν μεγάλην σφόδρα is translated "they were overwhelmed with joy". If I click on μεγάλην, the tool dutifully tells me all I need to know about it. But if I click on σφόδρα, the tool doesn't change to tell me information about that word at all, and there's a popup box that says "The enclosed text is grammaticalized or lexicalized in English, but not in Greek". That statement seems a little misleading, at least from the tool's point of view. I know if I click an English word, the tool tells me about the English word. If I click on a Greek word, shouldn't it tell me about the Greek word? Certainly if I'm in a regular view of a GNT, it tells me about the Greek word.
I think I understand what it's doing, but this is not what I expected from the tool. I don't have time to do a lot of testing, but looking at Psalm 1 which has a Hebrew and Greek LXX as parallel books, it seems to give me what I want even when the words are not translated in a one-to-one fashion.
