URGENT: Account info cannot be updated

I have tried unsuccessfully to update the credit card on file. when I click on "Edit" or "new card" nothing happens.  I have tried Firefox, Chrome and IE with the same result.  IE gave the following error: Webpage error details

Vladimir,

That sounds like a local firewall issue blocking some of asynchronous calls we use on the website. 

We may be able to do something to solve that on our end - I'll see about getting that change in place here, hopefully before you need to make any other account edits.
