Will I lose notes from "Temporary license" library they discontinue or I buy the actual? e.g. NBC

Hi, Logos Max has a library that gives me version of NBC below. However, when I try to buy, it has a different cover and slightly different name. (Compare two images below) Will I lose all notes and highlights if I change over? Or if Logos stops this version of NBC.
