study assistant not working

I closed and restarted Logos after update 46.2.5 had been downloaded. I clicked on tools and clicked on Study assistant. a blank window titled Study Assistant opened. There was no input area to type in my question. I closed the window and opened the study assistant again with the same blank window. So I close logos and started it again and tried to use the study assistant again, but experienced the same blank screen titled study assistant with no input area.

Have you tried it in normal rather than dark mode i.e. is it not working or is it not visible?

Mine works in Dark mode and I am on and MBP M1. Have you tried restarting your computer? Is your internet working with smart search?

I changed to light mode and no change. I rebooted my Mac and no change. Idownloaded the desktop app again and replaced the existing app and it got worse. I quit logos and started it again and it blinked a little and everything came back. Study assistant works fine now. I don't know what caused the problem but it is working fine now. Thank you John.

Glad it is working. Possibly a glitch with Logos servers, but I cannot say for sure.
