Packages, packages

Any chance in the future, that Logos would allow us to create a package of a minimum number of resources to buy for much less than those resources added individually?
Or how about a conservative package, liberal package, Calvinist package, Catholic package, etc.... then adjust individual resources as needed to customize if necessary?
Seems with the ability of Logos to use software to do some wonderful things with Biblical and related information, they could automate this sales process.
I am wondering if this hasn't been done so as to promote materials no one would buy if they were not forced into an unalterable package in the first place?
Just curious as to why the packages are made the way they are and not customizable.

Logos are constrained by copyright holders/publishers in many cases, but otherwise it is about marketing and sales. My perception of value will likely see me stay with Scholar's Silver for a long time. Others see the value of Gold and Platinum and make the purchase, especially if tempted by the 10-15% saving currently on offer! I bought Silver because the price of the upgrade was cheaper than the price of the resources I wanted; but there are at least 70 resources I'll never use!
Logos have split packages in the past to make them more attractive, but it still comes down to one's perception of value. Individual books are discounted for a limited period eg. see threads on "March madness"!
Pre-pubs and Community Pricing are the places to get value for your money, even if some of them do get packaged later**. But you have to hope that others will agree with your choice and meet Logos' "cost" price.

The basic answer (from above) is that each resource has already been promoted and bought++! Someone else may have bought Silver for the 70 resources I don't need! That's marketing.
** Logos may negotiate a discount if you already have resources in a package you want to buy.
++ I can't be 100% about this, but Logos is a business and needs to meet costs!
