New Web Site: Please restore shipping date to prepub orders page

The new web site does not list the shipping date for prepubs in the Account - Orders section. This was always one of my first ports of call. Please restore this.

Yes, I'm disappointed in this loss. The order date of a pre-order is available (which is new), but that is much less needed than the expected ship date.

Definitely. I need this summary. I don't want to scan the pre-pub pages to see what is coming up and when. This has got to be changed!!!!!! Can't believe you took it out.

And let us sort by that column so that we can see the ones shipping first at the top! (Actually that should be default.)

Agreed! Please put the shipping dates back in!

I agree completely. The entire Orders page is a confused jumble.

I whole hearlty agree.

I have absolutely no need to know when i placed a prepub order, but i absolutely positively MUST know when the shipping dates are for my prepubs. Please fix this yesterday.

Thanks for the feedback. This was an oversight. We'll fix this soon.
What if you could see this with a faceted search? All Pre-Pubs that are Shipping Soon that I have pre-ordered. Would that be as good? Better?

That would be good, but it still needs to be on the orders page. In fact, I think the ship date should be shown anywhere the pre-pub is shown (orders page, search results, description page, etc).

Absolutely agree with the comments above re ship dates but also please add the total value of the outstanding orders as well. I like to know what I have committed to!

I want a button on the Prepub and CP pages where I could switch between 'Show all', 'Show only titles I have ordered', and 'Show only titles I haven't ordered'. I think that would be extremely useful. The same sort-options as now of course.
(That's in addition to fixes on the order page, not instead of it.)

While nice. I want two-click access to my shipping dates. Click Account. Click Orders.

Why two? Now that you bring it up, wouldn't it be better if the Order page came up directly, for all but new accounts and those that have neither bought nor ordered? Everyone else is far more likely to want the Order page than the Account Details, aren't they?

No real need - just what it's always been. I'd be hgappy for orders to be the first thing to come up rather than my credit card details.

Concur with everything. Except not knowing what is coming when.

I'm pleased to hear that you intend to put in shipping dates. Had you not done so, I would have found it necessary to cancel ALL of my prepub orders. Another thing I would like to see is an indication on the prepub page itself when I have already placed an order for an item so I don't need to go to the details page to check.

I'm disappointed in the new Orders section, and not having a total value for Open Orders is one reason.
Having selected $AUD that is the only price I see in Orders. In Order History the price reflects the current currency conversion rate and not what I paid at the time! So the price in $USD should also be shown.

- Putting PrePubs and CP in the same list is less than helpful. The new layout of the Orders is a retrograde step. I definitely need to be able to see my total PrePub value and Shipping Dates (when known). I do not need to see my avatar supersize! (When it comes to personal photographs, believe me, less is more.)
- On the Order Summary page which is what I use to print my receipt of purchase, it would appear at first sight that I have purchased the resource from social networking sites!
The name of Logos is barely noticeable. As I need this for tax purposes, HMRC (the UK equivalent of IRS) are not going to be impressed/convinced that the purchase is for Bible Study materials. This is not good!!

Yes I agree. I had noticed this too. Given the fluctuating exchange rate, it would certainly be useful to include both the USD rate and the local currency rate (AUD for us) - AS PER THE OLD PRE-PUB ORDER LIST!0 -
I agree Alan, it's horrible. The icons are too massive. The name of Logos is missing. It looks like a twitter advert not a Logos receipt.Alan Macgregor said:- On the Order Summary page which is what I use to print my receipt of purchase, it would appear at first sight that I have purchased the resource from social networking sites!
