I had tried searching the lemma קָדֵשׁ בַּרְנֵע in AFAT, WHM, WIVU by right clicking the words in Deut 1:2 and got no results. I also tried the search: lemma:קָדֵשׁ בַּרְנֵעַ to no avail.

I'm able to get results using both methods. When you right-click on the lemma, are you choosing "Selection" or "Lemma"? Then are you selecting "Search this resource" or "Morph Search"? Perhaps a screenshot of the Search panel would be helpful, too.

This is fixed in the latest build of Logos 4.2, so if you're running the beta it should either already work for you or you'll see the fix in the next release of the beta.
