Can't Scroll Through Saved Layouts

When I click the "Layouts" button in the top right-hand corner of the application (application toolbar is set to "Top"), I can't scroll through my saved layouts (left pane). I can see about half of them (A through to J) but I can't scroll any lower; there is no scroll bar and scrolling on my mouse won't work. I can scroll through the right pane (layout history) only if I click and drag the scroll bar. Scrolling with my mouse wheel and track pad both don't work on either pane.

This used to work fine for me, but doesn't any longer.

UPDATE: Scrolling doesn't work anywhere throughout the Logos App, but it does work in other programs. This bug only seems to occur when I have a Logos note open in a floating window AND when that window is open on the same monitor. When I close the note in the floating window, scrolling suddenly works, OR if I move the floating note window to another monitor, scrolling suddenly works again. It seems Logos is giving focus (for scrolling purposes) to the floating window if its on the same monitor, rather than the one I'm actually on? Just a theory.
