Editing a post converts double-quotes in the title to "

1. Create a new post
2. Put some part of the title in double-quotes (")
3. Fill out whatever else is required, and click Post
4. In the upper right, click the circled ⋯ and select "Edit (a day)"
5. Note that, in the …Title box, the double-quotes have been changed to "

I previously reported this as an aside in another bug report, but I've now seen that this is a separate problem (it can occur even when the other bug hasn't manifested).
