Help Creating a Custom Reading Plan

I am trying to create a reading plan that includes specific chapters of different resources each day. For example, on the first day I want to read the prefaces & chapters 1-2 of "Authenticity: A Biblical Theology of Discernment" as well as the first chapter of "Fire Within: St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, and the Gospel—On Prayer".

Ideally, I would add each chapter individually, but it looks like these resources don't accept chapter references, only page numbers. That could work, but although I can add a page range for "Fire Within: St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, and the Gospel—On Prayer", I can't add a page range for "Authenticity: A Biblical Theology of Discernment" (see provided screenshots).

How do I add more than a single page of "Authenticity: A Biblical Theology of Discernment" to my Custom Reading Plan?

I can highlight the text (using CTRL+Shift) and add a chapter/section that way, but this still doesn't seem like a very efficient method.
