Persistent highlights

I'm a bit frustrated with myself because I'm sure I've read (and maybe even asked) about how to turn off these highlights. I can't remember. And I can't find a good answer. Please forgive this repeated question.

The pic below shows double-highlighting in Neusner's The Mishnah: Introduction and Reader. As far as I know, I have every kind of highlighting turned off. But obviously, I've left something turned on. How do I turn this off? TIA.

No one has guessed yet … I'd guess it's somewhere between community, an open search panel, or factbook. Search panel best guess.

I wish the forum would quit chopping off post text. Even Graham's got chopped.

As per the title, when I turn on Use Internet I can select to not download new books but not able to prevent Logos from sending my notes and highlights to their server.
