Editing a post reverts to the previous revision

This is a recent problem:

1. ⋯ > Edit (# hours)
2. Make some changes
3. Post
4. ⋯ > Edit (# hours)
5. BUG: post contains (all?) fields from before step 1
   1. If the user continues to edit and submit, the edits in made in step 2 will be lost.
   2. That risk is greater if they are now returning to edit different field(s), and thus may not notice the loss of their previous edits before resubmitting.
6. Workaround: immediately after step 4, before making any further modifications, reload the page (F5) to update all content to what was submitted in step 3.

Expectation: Users shouldn't have to reload the page every time they try to Edit a post.
