Hi
Can anyone tell me why the Logos App will not install on the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running Android 10?
Thanks,
Simon
Android 10 is six major releases behind the current (Android 16) and as per the article here, Logos will only typically run on the five most recent versions.
So it seems like your OS version is too old. Is there any way it could be upgraded?
I checked my device before I asked the question and it said everything was up to date. However, I will check and see if there is a way to update the Android version.
It's possible that if you install (side load) an older version of the Logos app it will still work. The Logos page is unclear on whether, and how well, older versions work. https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028739051-Logos-Mobile-Supported-Devices-and-Operating-Systems You can find older versions on sites like apkmirror.
However, I will check and see if there is a way to update the Android version.
As far as I can see there is no supported mechanism to install anything higher than Android 10 on this device.

Can someone please tell me if there's a setting that I've missed or is this the new normal with no notifications. Also, I see no Reading Plan listing in Documents but I got this one from clicking on the "New"…

Just curious, I keep hearing that it is almost impossible to burn through your AI credits. I subscribe to Logos Pro, and this cycle, which began on December 18th, I’m already at 52%. Is that a lot of credits, and has anybody on this forum actually burned through their credits?
Hi, is there any way to open Strong's Concordance and scroll through to adjacent numbers?
Hi everyone. I'm starting a project that requires multiple notes with identical text, labels, and tags, however each note will have unique verse anchors. Rather than creating a new note each time, I used the "Duplicate" function (Ctrl-click on the note tab, and select "Duplicate"). This results in a new note that exactly…
