I would imagine there is different amounts of time each book needs to be in production. Approximately what is the time frame for a Logos book to be in production? I have preorders that have been in production for over 6 months, is this normal?

6 mo's is not bad. Years is bad.
A lot depends on contracts, and if the book is fully digitized already.
I have Lexham Research Guides that go back as far as 2017 and have been in production for years. Sometimes they disappear as well. I remember a pre pub for Bible Project videos that just vanished with no apparent notice. I never chases it up, but yeah, it can be quick, it can take ages or not happen at all

Could we get updated metadata information on the version of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens? It currently shows that Faithlife published it in 1997. I seem to recall that the company "Faithlife" didn't come about until around 2014. And at any rate, it would be helpful to know what the original version/publisher/date…
Quick question. How much of a book can you copy and paste into another place (say a google doc or an obsidian document) from a logos resource for private use? I assume there’s a percentage or fair use guideline but Googling it doesn’t show me an answer. Does Logos limit it?
How do I get the words of Christ in Red in the NRSVue? It comes up automatically in the NIV 2011. I have the 'letters in red' in the general setup for Logos.
I sent email last year to sales support email address for some questions. No reply. Recently, I raised a ticket with Logos regarding change of plan (adding another year). No reply. Does Logos help customers via email or ticket at all? Thanks!
