This is correct. @Wayne Varco I checked your customer record and it has several hundred Wordsearch resources already unlocked on it. Once you install Logos they will download automatically. https://www.logos.com/get-started

My understanding is that when Logos bought WordSearch some years ago, they automatically converted the licenses to your Wordsearch library into Logos licenses for the user id they were associated with. If this is not your Logos id (e.g. if you used two different email adresses), Customer Service needs to combine those ids.
