Is there a way to Update Active Layouts so it saves my layout on two monitores…I want to reopen the Desktop with the windows in the two different monitors the way I updated it before I cleared all?
I've just set up a layout across three monitors and then closed them all down.
When I reopened the layout all the panels went back to the monitors they were using
Then I added another panel to one of the monitors, clicked Update active in the layouts panel and closed all the panels again
When I re-opened the layout all the panels opened to exactly the place they were previously.
Are you not seeing this?
no…I must reset the layout the way I want it…all the panels open ion my min monitor
What OS are you using? I was testing on Windows 11
And which version of the Logos software do you have?
I'm on a Mac…version 47.2.2
Mac 27' with the M1 chip
…Tahoe 26.2
I have looked at the program setting…
@Graham Criddle - I have 2 monitors and what you did works for me.
Mine is working the same way as Graham's. Sometimes I forget to switch on one of the monitors, and one of the layout monitor parts is under another monitor layout part in the same monitor , but after switching on, the layout is same as it was before.
I have found a solution to my concern on my Mac 27"…I put Logos on my second monitor then went to the option on my pop up menu and chose options and then chose the option desktop on display 2…now all my desktops open in the 2nd monitor…now all I do is move the main desktop to my main monitor…much better
thanks for all the insights

I'm probably just a grumpy old guy who is annoyed by things that others really like, HOWEVER. . . Whenever I go to a different Bible Version/Tab a little red circle flashes on the first verse number in that window. I find it annoying and would like to disable it, but I have looked through a host of menus and have not found…
Are there any Logos training videos on how to use the Andersen-Forbes Hebrew database
The LEB translates “Gog” as “GOD” in Ezekiel 38:18? גּוֹג gôḡ Gog; Gyges this seems to be an error. “And so then in that day, on the day of the coming of God against the land of Israel,’ ⌊declares⌋ the Lord Yahweh, ‘my rage will come up in my anger. (Ezekiel 38:18, LEB) in the ESV… “But on that day, the day that Gog shall…
Somehow no matter what textbook I'm reading if I click on a verse reference Logos chooses to open the ESV. I want it to open the NIV. How did I tie the ESV to any text reference and how to change it to NIV. (I might like to move it back to ESV someday, but today I want NIV.)
Is there a way to properly title a note? I don't want Book/Chapter/Verse(s) - because my notes don't cover just that one part. My notes will cover a myriad of things in one note. I cannot stand not being able to give my note a good, proper title. I have tried the "workaround" of using Compact View in the notes list and…
