Yesterday I made two Orders from Logos and I got 30% reduction. But, today 35% is shown when I log in. This is really a punishment for my "VIP early access".

The initial omission of the 5% subscriber discount was an error, not intentional. Call customer service, and they will make it right.
I am now getting a 35% discount as a subscriber, but my price for Preachers Gold increased from 130 to 161. Fluctuating prices are a problem, especially if they are going up. Don't post until you have the price correct.
I’ll just observe the “Passover” on everything right now. I’m not sure my credit will amount to much this February, which is an awesome thing!

When I purchased my 2026 Logos library, they didn't apply the extra 5% subscriber discount I earned. As a subscriber, I should have received that savings automatically.
They are very sorry for this mistake, and they have fixed it. To make this right, they have issued a credit to my Logos account for 10%—double the amount of the missed discount.
They said: "We genuinely appreciate your continued investment in Logos. While we missed the mark on the initial transaction, we hope this additional credit serves as a sincere apology and provides extra value for your next library addition."
