Does anyone have a way to fix issues when Logos can't? The issue I am having might be something in my set up; I really don't know. A couple examples of the first issue. The lines between the columns are so light they are invisible. If I want to resize a column then I have to very slowly move my mouse back and forth until I get the cursor on just the right spot to resize. But the line itself is invisible. A second example. If I am using Sermon Builder and open the right sidebar and want to use the intelligent feature for outlines, questions etc, I cannot tell which areas are clicked on or off unless I turn out the lights, put on my reading glasses and get real close to the screen and then click on and off several times and then make a final guess of what the choices are, I can't tell if I clicked "teens", "adults" or whatever. Last I got from Logos was it you look close enough you can see.
This may not be place but I am getting tired of getting several emails a day about Logos wanting me to buy from them but getting no help with customer service and being told I just need to look closer. Now, unless someone has a good suggestion about another good Bible program, that is all. Thank you for the help.
