No License Filter in my Library

I am sure this is old news, but when I engage the filter in my Library under the heading "license" called 'none' it tells me I cannot access the volumes that I know I have purchased previously. To add insult to injury it gives me the option to repurchase them. I don't think this is good business practice. Also when did Logos go away from Saturday business hours? I can't even speak to a live rep until Monday…

The only filters I see under License are "Permanent" and "Temporary." Where do you see "No License"?

These are older resources, and it shows up under temporary and permanent categories…actually it is titled "none"

None generally refers to books that you have had a temporary license to that has expired. It should never appear on a book that you owned. Have you been able to verify through your order history that you actually owned it?

If it refers to temporary licensed books it is interesting that not all temporary licensed books show up—I've had lots of those—but I will hunt down and check the orders. Unfortunately I have 1,194 of those listed in my excel order sheet file…😯

All of my "nones" are in my print library. Could that be the case for you?

Almost certainly. We can't access these in Logos; they're only good for searches.

Thank you all so much—you have figured it out for me…I knew I had read most of the titles, but it was from books I had on the shelf—many are from younger years. I notice my theology has changed quite a bit after doing serious Bible study. 😉Many thanks again to all of you.

I see why I do not have any "None" listings in my library. I gave away all my print books when I expanded my Logos library. Now the only print books on my shelf are ones Logos does not sell.
