logos added a subscription to my order - bug or error?

Hi Logos Team and Community,

this morning i was facing an bug / error.

i have the pro subscription (German user) and i was ordering the two free books of February. These two books are the only ones i put in my shopping cart

for some reason logos was adding an additional subscription for 55$ - how is that possible - there was a box on top of my cart requesting something about a subscription, i ignored it, and than see afterwards, that a Pro Monthly was added - balanced on account (whatever that meant)

Did anyone else had this behavior, if yes what is this?

I have no idea how that works. I do know that they'll add the subscription automatically, but it should only be around $15 per month.

You need to remove the automatically added subscription on the cart page before you pay…

i started my (second) yearly subscription (german) in october 2025 - so there should be no reason for adding another subscription…

But i think i found the error - for some reason in Oct 2025 i was only charged 22$ and for some reason in the billing history i states that in Feb02 another 55$ is charged (??)

So in total 77$ which seems the right amount - but still - strange case

Slide Canvas options
