Customizing topics and tags

When working on sermons, specifically speaking, the functions of TOPICS and TAGS are poorly limited. Really disappointed. I want to customize as much as I want JUST LIKE FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM etc. Pretty much stressful. PLEASE! AMEND IT!!!
