Sync Issues

My wife and I use the Logos Desktop for Bible Study. Each of us have our own computer.

Does Syncing across devices change the settings on her computer to match mine? eg If I highlight any text in a Bible or a book does that show up on her computer?

She likes to use the ESV Bible and has her own preferences regarding other resources. Her preferred layout is also different to mine.

If it does effect both computers, how do I turn sync off?

If you share the same Logos account, you share created documents, incl. highlighting/notes. You also have the same resources. There is some independence of Settings e.g. preferred layout (with Most recent layout - local, or a specified layout) but you share preferred bible (and resource Prioritization in general).

You cannot Sync unless you turn off Internet/work offline…

You need separate Logos accounts to ensure independence, and satisfy the Terms Of Service (para 5).
