When I highlight verses in my preferred Bible I noticed that the same verse is highlighted in all other translations. How do I turn this feature off.
I prefer to start afresh when I read other translations.
Do you mean that text is selected or that it is highlighted with the Highlighter Tool? If you mean the Highlighter tool, you will need to apply the highlight to selection rather than reference.
For text selection: For the texts with the unwanted highlight, on the Dynamic Toolbar under Emphasize, make sure that Text Selection is unchecked.

@Norm Hart I think what you mean is highlighting "corresponding text" from other Bibles. If you highlight in one Bible, you have the option in all other Bibles to see the "corresponding text" highlighted in them, too, without having to re-highlight it. This option can be enabled or disabled in each Bible.
If you disable that category, you won't see highlights from other books (like from your Preferred Bible). It y gives you additional options if you want them, like seeing corresponding highlights in some notebooks but not others, etc.. But if you turn of this entire category, you shouldn't see corresponding text highlights from any book other than this one (in this specific case, the "second" Bible, not your Preferred Bible.)
You may have to turn this off in each of the other Bibles you see these corresponding highlights in.
