One of the best things about Logos is how it handles the "busy work" of research. Whether you’re writing a formal paper or just digging into a verse, the Citation and Cited By tools are massive time-savers.
How do you use them?
- Automatic Citations: When you copy/paste text from Logos into a doc, it automatically includes a footnote in your preferred style (SBL, Chicago, APA, etc.).
- The "Cited By" Tool: This is like a reverse-search. Open the Cited By tool while reading a Bible passage to see everywhere else in your library that specific verse is mentioned.
I’d love to hear your workflow:
- Which Citation Style do you have set as your default?
- Do you use the Cited By tool to find connections between your commentaries and primary sources?
- Any "pro tips" for keeping your bibliography organized?
