This is a bit of a nit (which hopefully means it's easy to fix
.
In panels with scroll bars (most resources) when the mouse pointer is *not* hovering over the scrollbar, the scroll thumb (the oval-shaped element you can grab with the mouse to quickly move up and down) is indistinguishable from all the other gray content that can be in the scroll bar.
(I'd love to understand what all those little horizontal lines mean, anyway.)
So sometimes I click in the body of the scroll bar intending to page up or page down, but I'm on the wrong side of the scroll thumb. When the mouse pointer hovers over the scroll bar, the elements in the scroll bar change color; and the thumb then stands out. But this isn't helpful when making a quick click.
Can something be done to make the thumb not blend in so much with the rest of the visuals in a scroll bar?
Thanks,
Donnie
