Logos app highlights disappeared

I opened my Logos bible app yesterday and all my highlights appeared as normal. Then they disappeared with no setting changes or changed from my part. I was on my iPad so I opened the app on my phone and the same thing happened. I could see all my highlights for a given passage then a second later gone.

The highlights still show up under the notes tab but they don’t appear in the ESV bible app where I created them.

Please help.

My visual filters for greek verbs have also disappeared from the ESV. They still show up in other morph tagged versions (like the NET).

Same thing here. Highlights are displaying on my desktop. Old ones are appearing on my Android phone and iPad. But new highlights are not displaying on my phone or iPad. But the new Notes are listed in the Notes doc of the iPad. Just not displaying on the text.

Matt and Jonathan, i’m assuming you did not change any settings, but the highlights just disappeared like for me? Was yesterday the first time you noticed this?

I typically open my logos app every day for something, but I’m not sure that I opened it on Saturday. Everything was fine Friday and before that.

Just trying to give Logos programmers more information so they can try to fix the issue since it seems to be something from their side. My iPhone was briefly working OK, highlights visible, until it connected on our churches WiFi, then the disappearance.

Check that the interlinear is working correctly on the new ESV version. It may also be that your filters point to the old version rather than the new.

Could you open the "Book Info" screen (from the kebab in the upper right) and look at the dates at the bottom of that screen? Are they the same dates as shown here?
