Which e-ink devices work with Logos?
Will Onyx Boox Go 10.3 work?
I use the Onyx Boox Note Air4c and Go Tablet without any issues. They run great! They run Android 11 and 13 respectively. I believe the Go 10.3 has newer Android versions so should work just fine.
Onyx Boox Go 7 black and white here - works great.
Only problem is that the physical buttons don't work natively in Logos in paged view (they do work in scrolling view, but that in itself doesn't work well on an e-ink screen).
Vote here to change that:
Flip pages with volume buttons - Logos Community
See here for a workaround, that at least on my device has some hiccups:
BUG: Page turn buttons don’t work with Logos on Boox (Android) - Logos Community
and
Logos on eInk devices. - Logos Community
I believe they have PlayStore, so it should run. See Jan's comments about the Android version.
Maybe someone else has experience with the usability, buttons etc.?
When evaluating e-ink devices, I would try to get at least Android 13 (lots of older devices are running Android 11 which is starting to get old) and try to get one with 8 gigs of RAM. If you are price sensitive, I'd take a look at the Bigme line - just make sure you are sticking within the parameters I just mentioned - particularly the RAM. I've not yet tried one with color - I'm going to try to pick one of those up before the end of the year.
Android 11 isn't even supported by the FL apps any longer. You'd have to sideload an old app version somehow (not sure if that even works.)
That also means Android 13 will be out of support in about 2 years. When you fork out $300 for a reader, maybe you want to use it a bit longer…
I've seen some devices with Android 14. That about 3 years of support, which is a bit better, but Android 15 would really be preferable, if there's a good device running that system. Or look for a device by a manufacturer that commits to updating the Android version once or even twice.
Anyone know about Logos compatibility with Bigme devices (or any other e-ink devices)?
I found this intriguing device over the weekend. Appears to combine three different tablet display technologies into a single device?! Only $200!?

For non-boox devices, check out Android version and Ram numbers. Low ram will result in a poor user experience.
Yo! That is very intriguing… It would be nice to know if this is compatible… Thanks!
android13+ + Google play store = compatibility
I’ve owned several and currently use and really like my Boox Go 7 and Go 10.3
Has anybody reported using this device with Logos? I've just begun my search into using an Android based e-ink device for my Logos reading and whatever functionality makes sense. Would even like to get an e-ink monitor for my desktop app use - which is Mac based. I've used a Supernote for about 4 years now, but its memory is limited and I have so much information on it. Additionally, I did not enjoy using the Kindle app on it. I've thought about loading it one more time to see if somehow I was not using it properly. Ultimately, I'm fairly certain I want an e-ink device that I will dedicate to Logos usage. Android seems the choice and I'm completely unfamiliar with it. Any recommendations, thoughts and experience is deeply appreciated. Peace. edit: I see that this TCL device is not an e-ink display; still would like to know experience with the screen tech and device.

In version 49 I could start a Bible reading plan and divide it by pericopes. That doesn't seem to be available in version 50. Am I missing something? That was very useful. If it is not there, are there plans to add it back in future versions?
I use that filter to look at possible purchases and prepubs but I don't see it there anymore? Is this a decision by Logos to move away from Orthodox specific offerings?
Any ideas on how to search for instances of Colwell's Rule in the Septuagint? Logos has provided tagging for Hebrew Grammatical Constructions in Rahlf's and Swete's versions of the Septuagint but they lack all of the tagging for Greek Grammatical Constructions. Any ideas would be appreciated.
As I have mentioned on a few threads, I find the auto-select (on the desktop version) to be really frustrating since when I am just trying to select a word to either copy it or highlight it, it randomly opens in a new column, distorting the width the column I had open, and / or selects the entire paragraph when I am trying…
Hi, I am learning Greek and I find it difficult to read my types Greek vs the Greek in my resource because they are of a different font. φ can come out differently. How can I make the font match so that when I type Greek, it comes out with the same font? I use Keyman to type Greek. The font in Notes says "Default: Source…
