These are clearly not the same text. The original Latin follows other milestones than the two English translations.
I suspect the Latin to be correct, and the English translation to be in error. Here's a screenshot of a printed book from archive.org
Spot checking some other Perseus works reveals the same issue.

I suspect this is a structural glitch that affects Latin poetry. Prose and plays don't have the issue, whereas 3 of 3 works of Latin poetry that I've checked are affected.
