For those of you who use Readwise, I figured out a bit of workaround for the lack of Readdwise integration in Logos — I used ChatGPT to create a Raycast script that automatically sends the contents of the clipboard to Readwise. This enables a pretty simply worfklow - copy the Logos content you are interested in highlighting to the clipboard. Then use whatever hot key combination you set for this Script in Raycast - and boom, your Logos highlight is in Readwise.
If this sounds good, I'll try to compile my script so that it appears as an installable extension. Note that the way I have it configured, it's MacOS only - but this was such a simple process in ChatGPT that I'm sure you could easily produce this functionality in windows as well.
