Would it be good to use Logos for things such as PDF statements of faith etc? Or would it be better to keep them in PDF/Word/Onenote and annotate them there.
I've been learning about the functionality of "Personal Books" and also "Notes" with tagging. I'm wondering if it would be helpful to use Logos as a central location to integrate my comments and thoughts about various documents? E.g. If I read the doctrinal statement of a group, I would turn it into a Logos Note or Personal Book, then annotate on there.
The pros I can see are that it would keep everything in one place and I'll be able to use Logos powerful search function + tags.
The cons is that it might become quite messy and I might prefer keeping them in different ecosystems which are specialised for each area. It would also mean I might need to copy/paste the PDF or convert into word before uploading. I cant access it on my phone if using "Personal Books".
This would be compared to a setup: Windows Folders for PDF, where I can copy/paste and make and an "Annotated copy". Microsoft Onenote for notes and web clippings. Logos for Bible and Bible books related things.
Would be grateful to know what people think.
