Person tagging differences (person:Jesus)

I am looking at the differences in the results of the person:Jesus tag produced by a Clause search of the GNTSBL and a Precise Inline search of the ESV. For the Clause search, I receive 6,370 hits while the Precise Inline search produces 7,789. What caught my attention was looking at 1 Corinthians 5:7. Jesus is tagged as the person in both the GNTSBL and the ESV for this verse, but this verse does not show up when doing a Clause search using the person:Jesus tag, while it does for the Precise Inline search of the ESV. Am I missing something? Why is there such a great disparity between these two searches?

Bibles are tagged with referents to Persons, Things and Places for Precise Search, so they will return more results than a search focused on Clauses. Quite why 1 Corinthians 5 is missing from Clause Search I cannot say (verses 4,5 and 7).

Somehow, I was under the impression that the Clause search using Person etc. tagging was using the same database. Are you saying that Logos has two different tagging systems, one for the Bibles and another for Clause searches and that they are different? Why would they want them to be different between the Precise search and the Clause search?

Yes, there are more than two tagging systems - the clause search is using the resources of type:clause visualization which are essentially tree diagrams using the linguistic tagging of the group providing the tagging. The basic precise search depends upon the Logos tagging of a handful to base texts to which our translations are mapped. This is generally a single unified system for the primary original languages although there are several variant morphologies available.

I thought the Tree diagram visualizations were used for the Syntax search, not the Clause search. But I am just getting into using these search methodologies, so clearly I have a lot to learn.
