Highlighting a word in NASB does not highlight the equivalent in linked Nestle-Aland NT 27th or BHS

I have followed John Fidel's User-Created Video "Studying OT in NT Using Logos 4" but when I highlight an English word as John shows I do not get the same sympathetic highlght in the Greek or the Hebrew panels. Have I missed something?

First, a couple of questions:

• What version of the NASB, NA 27, and BHS are you using?
• have you made sure the option to view sympathetic highlighting are checked?
• Does sympathetic highlighting work for other translations?

Possible fixes

• Make sure the same verse is displayed in each translation.
• Select a sentence or phrase rather then just a word. This is especially the case if you want to compare the NKJV and NA27. Sometimes the NA27 will go with one varient reading and the NKJV will use a different one. In that case it will not do sympathetic highlighting. With the NASB you should be pretty safe, though.
• Check between the NKJV and the ESV. There are not multiple versions of these resources and they will both work with sympathetic highlighting. Its possible that you are using a non-tagged version of the NA 27, for example.

• If the above doesn't work it is probable that the options are not checked. make sure sympathetic highlighting is checked for each panel you want it to appear in.
