The hyperlinks in the Bryan Chapell sermon prep workflow take you to the old edition of his book. There is a third edition of the book so it seems odd that the workflow would direct you to the 2nd edition.

That’s because the workflow is for the previous edition not the new one. It’s a very common issue in the Logos ecosystem.

it’s not odd in that it is quite possible the workflow was created when the 3td edition didn’t exist. Logos have never committed themselves to updating workflows when new editions of books come out. And those who have the second edition but not the third would complain if it was changed and no longer worked with the edition they own. Of course for those that don’t have the second edition it also presents a problem in the other direction. The messy solution would be to link to each edition that has been available in Logos but with some books into edition 4, 5 or higher you will then get people complaining about the growing list of links most of which are not relevant to them.
