A New Sermon Prep Workflow

I thought I'd share. I migrated my Sermon/Homily prep Workflow based on Martin Luther's Theology of the Cross to the Logos platform.

I've successfully utilized this for tens of my own homilies, and the feedback has been encouraging. It's not an easy one, but the results are very promising. This is especially for Lutheran pastors, but also to all others interested in Lutheran theology and homiletics. 😊

Thanks a lot for this (I'm not a preacher, but a big champion of user-povided material here in Logos) - may I ask one quick question? Your workflow steps seem to envision a bible text that is preached on, however you built the workflow around a preaching theme (so I can't add John 3, Logos will offer a few topics like "assurance" or "baptism"). Did I miss something or is this a bug? Would we need two workflows , one for topical and one for text-driven homilies/sermons?

Oh, I see what you mean. How do you make it a text based workflow instead of a theme based? I must have made a mistake somewhere…

Unfortunately, as far as I know, you can't change the type of a workflow, i.e. to change it you would need to create a new, bible-reference-based workflow and then build all that content again into it
