This problem has been going on for quite some time. When I click on the documents tab to open a document the filter option is not available to use. I can see it, but when I hover my curser over it, it just jiggles. I am using the latest version of software. 48.0.238. The laptop I am using is listed below with the other specs. I have attached a link to a video that I have made to demonstrate the problem. You help would be greatly appreciated.
