Hi guys! I have this question regarding specific words in my preferred Greek text that do not link to my preferred Lexicon. I have BDAG prioritized, and nearly all words will route to it when I click on them, except words that are in bold text, which in the Scrivener TR are words that have different options listed in the margin. The problem persists in two ways. * I have a link set set with both my Greek text and BDAG, so that normally I only need to single click a word instead of double click, and Logos will link it. The bold words do not link. There is no response to the single click. * When double clicking, all regular words go to BDAG, but all bold words go to Vines. This is what I don't understand For an example, see the screenshot above where in verse 14 the last phrase is in bold, or some of the words in verse 26. None of these words will open in BDAG, but will rather go to Vines. All other words, either by single clicking (due to the link set) or by double clicking will go to BDAG.

Why don't all greek words go to my primary lexicon?

What is the Scripture reference? Also, the bold text is difficult to determine in your screenshot. However, I know that text is from John 10 from previous observation.

This must be the result of a tagging error in the resource as the previous appearance of γινώσκω in that same verse does provoke a response in BDAG. The tooltip at the bottom of my screen does show γινώσκω.

You are correct. John 10. The scrivener TR Greek text has bold font for words or phrases that have different options in the margin. On those words, and those words only, hovering gives the parsing info, right clicking allows you to open a Bible word study, double clicking brings it to Vines, so it clearly recognizes the word, but it refuses to send it to my primary lexicon

In the abstract, what you are descibing is frequently a matter of different lexemes for the same word in the 2 lexicons.

Thanks for reporting this problem. It does look like an issue with navigating BDAG to words that are in TR but not a critical GNT. We will investigate.
