I just purchased the Bible Study Base Package a few days ago.
Realize now that the Biblical People tool just opens an Untitled empty window. Biblical Things and Places works fine.

First question: Is the indexing complete? You will experience things like this if the index is not yet done.
Don't look for the missing tribes of Israel - they've gone.

Thank you for the reply.
I had tried rebuilding the index and restarting Logos 4. I did this twice. No avail. Biblical People still return an empty Untitled window.
Any other thing I should try?
The next thing to try would be to turn onDiagnostic Logging and then start the program, try to load biblical people and then close the program and Upload your logs.
We might be able to see something in there.
In the interem, what level of library do you have? Scholars?

Everything is working now. For some reasons, Rebuild Index was not working. I reinstall everything again. Now it's fine.
